D2 is a Burmese wholesale label founded in 1996 by two brothers, Ko Than Htue and Ko Aung. During the early years, the brand only offered men shirts and t-shirts, distributing to half a dozen retailers in the country. Slowly over two decades, they expanded the product range, and today you can get anything from men’s wear to women’s and children’s wear. As of 2017, there are approximately a thousand retailers all across the country that carries D2 in their stores. D2 over the years has become an essential brand for the citizens of Myanmar, with innovative designs every season.
